Job Description
The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events
Support logistics management, including venue coordination and scheduling
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment
Help prepare event materials, presentations, and documentation
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting
