Equipment Operator I

Midway Staffing is currently seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong order picking and equipment operation experience who are looking for a stable third-shift opportunity.

Location: Grove City, OH 43123

Schedule: 3rd Shift, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (schedule subject to change based on business needs; interviews conducted at 8:30 PM only)

Pay rate: Up to $20.00 per hour

Duties:

Operate a double blade electric pallet jack (ride-on) safely and efficiently

Perform order picking using RF scanners and voice-directed systems

Load and stage products accurately for shipment

Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Requirements:

Prior experience with order picking

Experience operating a double blade electric pallet jack (ride-on)

Loading experience in a warehouse setting

Ability to use scanners and follow voice commands in English

Must have steel-toed boots

Strong work history with positions lasting 9 months or longer

Ability to read, write, and understand English
