Facility Maintenance Technician

This is a Temporary position that could turn into a full benefited perm position.

Shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Performs preventive maintenance activities on facility.

• Completes repairs including rebuilding of pumps, valves, electrical and general building repairs.

• Repairs and maintains lighting systems throughout the plant and penthouses.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in facility/plant engineering.

• Driver's license required.

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.

• Experience with HVAC, Air Compressors, Pump and Plumbing Maintenance, Basic Electrical and Mechanical Skills.

• Candidates will possess an intermediate knowledge of computers and software.

Background Check, Drug Screen and Driver's Report Required.
