Atlassian CMDB/JSM Engineer

Seeking a skilled Jira Service Management Developer to join our project team to build out full JSM/CMDB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Jira Service Management platform to support our IT service management processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication to ensure the platform meets the needs of our organization.
