We are seeking bright, motivated All-Stars who want to become an Assistant Manager! Previous experience is necessary, as is the willingness to be a part of a team. Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities
Work with the General Manager to verify store is following Food Safety Programs
Balancing high volume with high quality
Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served
Comply with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
Ensure employees are using checklists and following specs
Ensure the proper ordering and receiving of food products
Ensure proper daily prep levels based on estimated sales
Work with the GM on inventory and daily paper work
Work with the GM on Profit & Loss Statements concerning Food Cost
Properly maintain equipment per manufacturers and company specification
Participate in ongoing training and development of your Kitchen Team
Hiring Hourly Personnel
Requirements include:
Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Must be one who looks to take the initiative and not wait for directions
Open availability and flexibility are a must ability to work a changing schedule
