Job Title: Scrum Master

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and ensure effective delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles, and the ability to remove obstacles to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.

Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Track project progress and deliverables using Agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and company standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Trello.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
