Behavior Technician (RBT Required) – Part-Time

Location: Stockton & Tracy

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (afternoon/evening availability required)

Setting: In-home and/or in-clinic

Requirement: Active RBT certification required

About the Role

If you enjoy working with children and want to build a meaningful career, this is a great opportunity to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging, play-based sessions.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 support through fun, individualized activities

Implement behavior plans created by BCBAs

Track and record client progress

Communicate with families and care teams

Participate in ongoing training and supervision

What We’re Looking For

Passion for working with children

Positive, reliable, and compassionate attitude

At least 6 months of experience with children with developmental disabilities

Strong communication and independence

Preferred:

Background in Psychology, Education, or related fields

Bilingual (Spanish a plus)

Requirements

Active RBT (or ABAT/BCAT) certification

High school diploma (minimum)

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

TB test, immunizations, and physical

Background check clearance
