Description The Operations Associate plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm. With responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, the Operations Associate helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client paperwork and processing is handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Responsibilities & Activities

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency, process new accounts, execute account transfers

Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and improve operational performance.

Processes new contributions and redemptions, process beneficiary changes.

Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Support the implementation of new systems and technologies.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred from an accredited institution

Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation

1-3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills

Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of investment principles is a plus.

Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Salary is commensurate with experience

Interest in and knowledge of financial markets and investment securities

Helpful: Previous securities industry experience
