Pizza Maker

Pellegrino’s Pizza Bar is hiring an experienced Pizza Maker to support a busy, high-volume Italian kitchen specializing in wood-fired Neapolitan pizza.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook pizzas using traditional techniques

Manage dough, toppings and oven timing

Maintain quality, consistency and cleanliness

Support kitchen operations during service

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of Neapolitan pizza experience (required)

Experience working with wood-fired ovens

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay & Perks:

$24/hour + bonuses
