Were Hiring Creative Intern Summer 2026 Columbus OH 500 Hot Start Program Program Length 10 weeks Summer 2026 Schedule Part time hourly on site Were doing something new at 500and we want the right people to help build it This summer were launching the first ever Hot Start Internship Program and were looking for Creative Interns who are ready to get in get involved and actually do the work This is not a sit on the sidelines internship Youll collaborate with designers creative directors and account teams on real client projects contribute ideas and see your work come to life from concept to execution What Youll Do Support the development of creative ideas concepts and campaigns Design across social digital presentations and print Work from creative briefs and execute within brand guidelines Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews Revise and refine work based on feedback Prepare assets for internal and client presentations Collaborate with account project management and production teams What Makes This Different Youll work on real work not mock assignments Youll help shape a pilot internship program Youll get exposure to the full creative process Top performers will be considered first for full time rolesWhat Youll Gain Hands on experience from concept through production Exposure to real client work across channels A final presentation portfolio ready work Resume and portfolio development support at the end of the program What Were Looking For Students or recent grads in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking student work welcome Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong attention to detail and design fundamentals Willingness to learn quickly and apply feedback Strong communication and collaboration skills Bonus motion design animation video editing 3D or photography skills How Youll Stand Out Were looking for people who Take initiative and follow through Push the work to be better Ask smart questions and apply feedback Show up as team players and collaborators If youre looking for an internship where you actually build your portfolio sharpen your craft and make an impactthis is it
