Summary JOB SUMMARY: Supervises and coordinates clerical support staff.

Performs administrative duties to include staff assignments, technical assistance, employee evaluations, interviews ECT.

Directs, orders and maintains administrative supply inventory.

* Provides excellent customer support by providing the best service possible.

* Communicates relevant and pertinent information to the department and throughout the facility, to ensure optimal patient care, and that staff are aware of new initiatives and issues as they arise.

* Supervises departmental clerical activities, coordinates work schedules and ensures adequate clerical coverage.

* Performs all job duties with a focus on safety for the patient, self and co-workers.

REQUIREMENTS: * Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
