Position: Customer Experience Manager (Property and Casualty license required prior to hire, Life and Health required within 90 days of hire)
Office Location: 2001 4th Ave, Canyon TX 79015
Hours of Operation: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Mission: Foster great relationships with our clients to ensure that they stay with our agency for a lifetime. Onboard every new client to our insurance agency, and ensure that our clients are well informed about our products and our referral process.

Contribute to agency growth by achieving a combined total of 20 per month in:

oPolicy reviews
oCross sells
Respond to all client inquiries within one business day.
