Bilingual German Generalist Evaluator Expert

Gridnaut Recruiting seeks native German speakers from Austria, Switzerland, or Germany to create German/English prompt-answer pairs for AI language model training and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design multilingual prompts with multiple constraints ensuring natural phrasing for German-speaking contexts

- Establish evaluation standards and develop rubrics accounting for linguistic nuance and regional cultural conventions

- Test prompts through models and assess outputs for accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness

- Participate in QA processes to maintain benchmark consistency and reliability

Minimum Qualifications:

- Native-level German fluency specific to Austria, Switzerland, or Germany usage with strong English reading/writing

- Must be native to one of these countries with significant in-country experience

- BS or BA from reputable institution (completed or in progress)

- Strong writing and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools

- Reliable high-speed internet access

Opportunity Details:

- Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

- Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
