Job description*:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support for SAP FICO users, focusing on root cause analysis.

• System Enhancement: Identify, design, and configure enhancements to the SAP FICO system to meet changing business requirements.

• Configuration & Customization: Configure core FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing) modules.

• Integration Management: Ensure seamless data integration between FICO and other SAP modules like SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).

• Documentation & Testing: Create detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments, perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• User Training: Train end-users on new processes and provide ongoing training support

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO. S/4HANA knowledge will be bonus.

• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.

• Skills: Ability to write functional specifications (FS) and conduct gap analysis.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, or a related field.
