Project Director Data Centre (Civils & Electrical Focus)

PROJECT DIRECTOR – DATA CENTRE CONSTRUCTION - REMOTE Copius Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in Iceland, taking full ownership from inception through to completion.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing the delivery of large-scale, mission critical infrastructure, integrating complex civils works with high-voltage electrical systems in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

The Role You will take the lead on a flagship project, driving delivery from early works through to energisation and handover.

You’ll be responsible for: * Full project leadership and governance * Electrical systems including HV/LV, UPS, generators * Civils infrastructure: earthworks, ducting, foundations * Managing programme, cost, and risk * Coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces * Leading commissioning and final handover * Stakeholder and supply chain management What We’re Looking For * Proven experience delivering large scale data centre or mission-critical projects * Strong technical knowledge across electrical + civils * A decisive leader who thrives in complex environments * Strong commercial and contract awareness * Expertise in programme and risk management Package includes * Competitive base salary + bonus & full benefits package To apply please send your CV to Sarah Carlile or call for more information
