Job description*:
1. AI Architecture & Strategy:
• Define and own the AI/ML architecture roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business problems into AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, prediction, recommendation, and conversational AI.
• Establish reference architecture, best practices, and design patterns.
2. ServiceNow AI & GenAI Implementation
• Design and implement AI solutions using:
o Now Assist (GenAI for ITSM/HR/CSM/DevOps)
o Predictive Intelligence
o Virtual Agent & Agent Assist
o AIOps (Event Management, Health Logs, RCA)
o ML Framework & AI Search
• Lead use case definition, data preparation, model training, validation, and deployment within ServiceNow.
• Drive adoption of GenAI-driven summarization, case deflection, knowledge creation, and automation.
3. Platform & Solution Architecture:
• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions integrating:
o ITSM, CSM, Custom Apps, App Engine
o External AI/ML services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI – as applicable)
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Design secure integrations using REST APIs, MID Servers, Integration Hub, and Spokes.
4. Data, Model & Governance:
• Define data strategy for AI (data sources, labeling, training datasets).
• Ensure AI governance, explainability, bias mitigation, and compliance.
• Work closely with Security and Legal teams on data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
• Establish model lifecycle management, versioning, and monitoring.
5. Stakeholder & Leadership Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform Owners, Developers, and Data Scientists.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and architects on AI/ML capabilities.
• Support pre-sales, solution demos, and customer workshops (if applicable).
6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases, AI roadmap, and GenAI evolution.
