Job Description
We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in providing cutting-edge IT services to businesses of all sizes. We help organizations streamline their technology operations with comprehensive IT management, cybersecurity solutions, and cloud services. We’re looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As an BDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales engine, generating high-quality leads and setting the stage for the growth of our client base.
Responsibilities:
Generate and Qualify Leads: Prospect for potential clients via cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods. Qualify leads to ensure they fit our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Event Registrations: Promote and drive 20-100 registrations per month for webinars, briefings, and other marketing events.
Schedule and Book Appointments: Book 10-50 First Time Appointments (FTAs) per month and ensure they are qualified for the next step in the sales cycle.
Build Relationships: Maintain professional, proactive communication with leads through various channels (email, phone, social media).
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to convert them into active prospects and ensure high engagement.
Track and Report Performance: Keep accurate records of all outreach efforts, leads generated, and appointments scheduled in our CRM system. KPI reporting is non-negotiable.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably within the MSP, IT, or technology industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Comfortable with outbound sales and cold-calling in a high-volume environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Company Description
