ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assemble, load, and inspect components (CADs, impulse cartridges and squibs) following detailed work instructions
Perform precision assembly tasks such as inserting components, crimping, sealing, and torque verification
Complete final assembly of products to meet quality standards
Handle specialized materials used in aircraft safety and emergency systems
Maintain accurate production, inspection, and traceability records
Support rework, scrap processing, and proper disposal of materials
Follow safety procedures, including ESD, FOD, and explosive material handling guidelines
Use microscopes and hand tools to complete detailed assembly work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque tools, and microscopes
Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs as needed
Eligible to obtain and maintain an ATF explosive handler license
Soldering experience is a plus
