Machine Operator – Molding

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to set up and operate molding machines to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and basic troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate molding machines and auxiliary equipment

Load materials and monitor machine performance and cycle times

Inspect parts for quality using measuring tools (calipers, gauges)

Record production data, including output and scrap

Perform minor maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments

Assist with mold changes and report equipment or quality issues

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with molding machines (injection, compression, or blow molding) preferred

Basic mechanical and manufacturing knowledge

Ability to read work orders and use inspection tools

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
