Embroidery Machine Operator

Job Description

The Embroidery Machine Operator is responsible for efficiently operating multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products. This role requires careful machine setup, precise threading, selection and execution of embroidery patterns, and vigilant quality inspection. The operator will also perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to ensure continued productivity and product excellence.

Responsibilities

Set up and calibrate multi-head embroidery machines for production runs

Thread machines accurately to ensure smooth operation

Select and execute embroidery patterns according to specifications

Inspect embroidered products for quality and consistency

Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in embroidery machine operation

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in embroidery machine operation

Ability to read and interpret embroidery patterns

Basic sewing skills

Experience with machine maintenance and repair

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Effective time management and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
