Manufacturing Process Engineer Newington, NH $90K We’re seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Newington, NH.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining injection molding processes using scientific molding principles to ensure consistent, high-quality production.

This is a hands-on, highly technical role for someone who thrives in continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and advanced manufacturing environments.

This is a F/T direct placement to the client with a target salary of $90K -$100K, BOE.

What You’ll DoDevelop, optimize, and maintain injection molding processes for engineered molding productsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to process engineers and techniciansEstablish, enhance, and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) to reduce scrap and drive qualityLead sampling and evaluation of new tools, materials, and processes with thorough documentationReview and analyze capability studies; recommend and implement corrective actionsDefine control dimensions and improve process flow using LEAN manufacturing conceptsMaintain expert-level knowledge of resins, tooling, mold construction, and automation solutionsSupport automation integration, DOE initiatives, and AI/ML-enabled manufacturing systems (MES)Collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer teamsPromote and uphold a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with ISO and quality system standards QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Polymer, Materials, Mechanical, or related field)5+ years of injection molding process engineering experienceStrong expertise in Scientific Injection Molding, SPC, and DOEExperience with injection molding automation and tooling development/modificationProven project management skills with the ability to stay on scope and on scheduleStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience incorporating AI/ML or advanced MES systems into manufacturing environmentsAbility to build and sustain repeatable, well-documented processes What our client Offers:Competitive compensation with contractual and profit-sharing bonus opportunitiesComprehensive health insurance options17 paid public holidays plus a flexible, empowering PTO policyEducation assistance to support ongoing growth and developmentA values-driven culture that emphasizes People, Accountability, Creativity, and Excellence
