The Role

We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated IT Support Technician who thrives on solving problems and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be the person clients count on and you'll take that seriously.

What doing this job well looks like:

Resolving 90%+ of client issues on first contact

Maintaining a 98%+ client satisfaction rating

Hitting monthly goals with integrity, not shortcuts

Supporting hardware and software across Windows and macOS environments

Working confidently in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support

Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and business software

Clear communication and solid documentation habits

A proactive, client-first attitude

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 lbs
