Our agency has been proudly serving the St. Charles, IL community since 1997. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and together with my incredible team of 6, we bring more than 85 years of combined insurance experience to the table.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bill Nelson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
