I want to see between 8-10 years experience no more, no less.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in Java and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM tools.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
