Senior Functional Analyst - backfill. Salesforce configuration experience - Administration work is handled with functional analysts. User Stories, talking with business, get up to speed quick. Certs not required but is really helpful. Admin certified.

Currently using Sales and Service Cloud*** need sales and service cloud

Some coding will be helpful, validation and workflows

Functional Lead - will have a functional analyst (junior role under them) - ability to guide junior person along with work.

Move this role to another project - influx of projects - 730 or 830 start depending on UK meetings / international meetings.

Gaps in technical skill set from current resource.
