Gen AI developers

Position: 2 jr Gen AI developers and 1 sr Gen AI developer

Location: either Charlotte, NC or West Des Moines, IA or Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ

Onsite: 3 days a week

Contract: 6-24 months to perm

Interview process: 2 video interviews to hire

Key Responsibilities:

Enable GenAI capabilities for the Wells Fargo enterprise Development community.

Identify GenAI tools, evaluate, productionize the tool.

Explore and integrate AI technologies (Agents, MCP Servers)

Build and support internal tools and applications

Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies.

Requirements:

hands on Experience with GenAI Development Tools like GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin.

1+ years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus

8+ years of software development and architecture experience

Strong Java skills is required.

Python experience is a plus

TypeScript is a plus.
