Senior Operations Leader

Senior Operations Leader (Plant/Production Manager Level)- $140-$150,000, plus bonus and relocation- Dunnellon, Florida

Industrial manufacturing; rotary kiln experience is a major plus

This is a senior level operations leader responsible for full production, maintenance, reliability, cost control, HSE, and people leadership at our activated carbon manufacturing site. We are looking for someone with deep industrial experience who can run a 24/7 continuous process environment and drive both performance and long term capability building.

Key experience requirements:

• Minimum 15 years in industrial or chemical manufacturing (non negotiable)

• Proven leadership in Plant Manager / Operations Manager roles with full budget accountability

• Strong background in preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability engineering

• Hands on CAPEX project management from concept through commissioning

• Experience with thermal processing, carbon materials, or mineral processing strongly preferred

• Familiarity with ERP/MES, CMMS, ISO 9001, and industrial safety protocols

Core responsibilities include:

• Daily/weekly/monthly production performance (OEE, yield, uptime, throughput)

• Workforce planning and shift management

• Lean/CI initiatives

• PM/PdM program leadership and contractor oversight

• CAPEX planning and execution

• Cost management and operational budgeting

• OSHA/EPA compliance and safety leadership

• Developing supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams
