Sr Python Engineer

They need a very senior python application developers to do 90% python dev work on their dental portal. The middleware is Python/ AWS Lambda/ API Gateway/ and GIT is essential! They are python framework agnostic, but the resource should be fluent in Python libraries, Python testing, Python deployment, and every aspect of doing calls from onprem to cloud in both directions. Need a senior developer/ engineer with experience and foresight to avoid issues and debug/ troubleshoot pre-pro and production issues i.e. security, solutioning, approach to new feature enhancements, etc. There will be LOTS of REST API development, cloud computing will be required but it is not the key focus. The backend is DynamoDB/ S3 They will work from JIRA tickets, story points, estimating, scrum board participation, and someone they can groom to a "Tech Lead" upon conversion is their goal.

The other 10% will be setting up deployment and working with Cloud Formation templates (Terraform may come later). This will involve good experience on AWS Services, API Gateway, security, integrations ie S3, and working with an architect on designing solutions for fault-free Python applications.
