Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tibco Developer with hands-on experience in TIBCO BW, System Z (z/Linux), and File-Aid. The candidate will develop, maintain, and support integration solutions and file transfer processes in a mainframe and enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) integration solutions

Support System Z (z/Linux) mainframe environments

Work with File-Aid for mainframe data management

Develop and manage AXWAY MFT (Managed File Transfer) workflows

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions

Participate in change management and deployment processes Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with TIBCO BW

Knowledge of System Z - z/Linux environments

Experience with System Z - File-Aid

Experience in AXWAY MFT / File Transfer solutions

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Competencies

Digital: TIBCO BW Integration

Core: Mainframe & File-Aid Administration

Strong analytical and collaboration skills

Ability to manage integration workflows and production support Preferred Skills

Experience in financial or enterprise mainframe environments

Knowledge of other integration tools and middleware solutions

Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and automated deployments
