I. WORK TO BE PERFORMED:

This resource will provide services to the existing ServiceNow platform team to design, develop and deploy solutions.

The project will be focused on development and delivery of integrations, out-of-box configurations and consultative services for low code software development.

This resource will provide services to a team of engineers to design, deploy and integrate various product capabilities.

Contribute to design, technical direction, and architecture with various teams to build solutions based on OCC requirements.

Follow agreed upon SDLC procedures to ensure that all information system products and services meet quality standards, end-user functional requirements, architectural standards, performance requirements, audit requirements, security rules are upheld, and external facing reporting is represented.

Manage Product Support on system functionality and provide fixes as required.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Required - 7+ year of working experience in IT

Required - 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and SecOps modules

Required - 3+ years of experience with JavaScript

Required Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON

Required ability to recommend and follow the coding standards

Experience with Scaled Agile Farmework (SAFe), Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps methodologies

Required BS Degree in Management Information System, Compute Science, similar field
