Oracle Functional Analyst - Inventory & Procurement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, specifically in Inventory and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert, supporting business transformation initiatives and optimizing our Oracle Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion Inventory and Procurement modules to meet business requirements

Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle Cloud functionality

Lead functional design workshops and develop detailed solution designs for new implementations and enhancements

Create and execute test plans, test scripts, and conduct user acceptance testing

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Inventory and Procurement modules

Provide post-implementation support and training to end users

Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle and other business systems

Create and maintain system documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals

Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and new features to maximize system capabilities Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion applications

Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory and Procurement modules including Item Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal

Experience with the full implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support

Working knowledge of Oracle integration tools and methodologies

Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization using Oracle Cloud capabilities

Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain operations

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop practical solutions Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules

Experience with additional Oracle modules such as Order Management, Manufacturing, or Fixed Assets

Knowledge of Agile implementation methodologies What We Offer
