Kafka/(Go or Python or Java)/AWS Native Cloud The location for this role and all 6 of the new roles in US will be Westlake, TX. This one they are going to want someone with a great background in Kafka, and experience in Kafka event streaming. That is the most important part. They'll take any form of programming language if they are strong in Kafka. 1 candidate doing a first round interview next week but that is all. Definitely need more here. Top MUST have skills

They are changing the skillset of this one slightly, The main emphasis is going to be really strong experience in Kafka and Kafka ecosystem for event streaming.

After that the programming language can be either GO, Python, or Java, doesn't matter to the team as long as they are really good in Kafka.

Need someone with background in AWS Cloud skills. Working in Cloud Native environment .

Interview Process: 2 rounds, first round with Nick Penston, second round with few chapter leads.
