Job Summary:
As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for building intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for our web-based HR and payroll solutions. You'll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless digital experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices.
Debug and resolve technical issues across browsers and devices. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in front-end development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
