Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Salary: $18-$19.50

Kemmerer Village Inc is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the safety, upkeep, and daily operations of our residential campus.

Schedule: MondayFriday afternoon and evening hours may vary(34 hours/week) Pay Range: $18.00 $19.50 per hour, based on experience Position Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds

Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical repairs

Safely operate tools, equipment, and maintenance machinery

Respond to maintenance needs to ensure a safe, functional environment for staff and residents

Utilize basic technology to receive work orders, document repairs, and communicate with supervisors

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age

Valid drivers license required

Prior maintenance experience preferred

Basic knowledge of technology and computer systems (email, work order systems, or similar platforms)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach for extended periods

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
