Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

9+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java.

Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services, particularly BigQuery.

Proficiency in using Kafka for data streaming and processing.

Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and management.

Proven experience in developing solutions that process large transaction volumes efficiently.

Familiarity with AI technologies and experience in replacing task-based work with AI solutions, including coding automation.

Familiarity with reporting/analytical applications and operational applications.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and best practices.
