Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with company and industry standards

• Lead and supervise a tree care crew performing pruning, preservation, and removal work

• Provide hands-on training, feedback, and mentorship to crew members

• Ensure work quality meets company standards and arboricultural best practices

• Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and operations leadership

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with a team

• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship

• 3+ years of professional tree care experience, including crew leadership

• ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if needed

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a field-based environment
