Sr. Full Stack Engineer

ROLE: Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Contract to hire- 12m or to be extended

Remote

MUST HAVE WAREHOUSE AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE (this is NOT the same as data warehousing)

Proficient in Java, 5-7 years (4 or 3 will still consider)

Front-end - Javascript, everything Java

Warehouse Automation/ WMS industry experience

Databases, Oracle & SQL server

JMS messaging

DevOps is source code (not mandatory)

Industry experience: ASR, Shuttle (specific to industry terms)

Responsibilities:

Designs and develops software applications

Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development

process

Typically reports to a manager

May direct the work of other software engineers.

Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project or product.

Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

Some travel is expected, up to 15%

Qualifications:

Requires Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or

equivalent experience

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience designing and developing software applications
