Location: Hybrid. 2-3 days onsite Orlando, FL

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable data solutions and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines and engineering solutions.

Develop and support cloud and on-premise data infrastructure, including data warehouses and APIs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Optimize data workflows and automate repetitive tasks.

Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for data process improvements.

Support analytics initiatives by integrating new data sources and maintaining data quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer & Information Science (Master's preferred).

3+ years of experience in data engineering or IT.

Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

Proficiency in Python, Java/Scala, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Airflow, Kafka).

Familiarity with .NET technologies (C#, VB.Net) and web application development.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
