Are you reliable, hardworking, and interested in a hands-on career in furniture manufacturing? We’re expanding our team in SBA Home and have immediate openings across multiple departments.

SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for an Experienced Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

1st shift - 6am - 2pm

2nd shift - 2pm - 10pm, $1.00 shift differential.

3rd shift - 10pm - 6am, Ramp up coming August - $2.00 shift differential

Who we’re looking for

Dependable people with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and willingness to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery

Set up manufacturing equipment

Use machine equipment to complete tasks

Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed

Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements.

Read caliper and metric systems

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards
