What We DoEscrow Officer First American Title - Ohio (Dublin, Westerville, Easton/Columbus)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and seamless closings. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational precision with strong relationship management and sound decision-making.

What You’ll Do

Open, manage, and oversee escrow accounts for residential and commercial transactions

Ensure the accurate handling, safeguarding, and disbursement of escrow funds

Prepare, review, and execute closing documents from file open through settlement

Serve as a trusted liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys

Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties

Ensure full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards

Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings

Pay Range: $24.42 - $32.56 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
