Slitter Operator – Direct Hire (3rd Shift)

We are hiring a Slitter Operator to join a manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong long term stability and excellent benefits, including 80% of employee benefits covered by the company.

This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who enjoys hands on work, attention to detail, and working in a structured production environment.Shift & Pay

3rd Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

2 2 3 rotating schedule (every other weekend off)

$20.50/hour

Direct hire from day oneWhat You’ll Be Doing

Operate and monitor slitting equipment to cut large rolls of material into smaller, specified widths

Set up machines and make adjustments based on job specifications

Load and unload material rolls safely and efficiently

Inspect finished product for quality and accuracy

Perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and document production results

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaWhat We’re Looking For

Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Comfortable working 12 hour overnight shifts

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
