Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on a Mold Operator. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential.
Position: Mold Operator
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
Location: Milford, NH
Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mold Operator to support production operations. This role is responsible for operating molding equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate molding machines and related production equipment
Load materials and remove finished products from molds
Inspect parts to ensure quality and meet production standards
Trim, clean, and finish molded parts as needed
Monitor machines and make basic adjustments when required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
