Detail oriented, highly organized, reliable and accountable
Knowledge/experience in basic accounting
Willing to take on a variety of tasks, running errands
General experience/knowledge in construction a major plus
Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe

We are a very small property management office and the scope of daily work can vary: data entry, keeping track of expenses, calendaring deadlines, walking the property, running errands, obtaining bids from vendors, researching and ordering products, etc. The ideal applicant is flexible with a “go with the flow” attitude who takes pride in doing their best and enjoys growth and learning.
