$47,195 - $67,163 yearly
Responsibilities:
Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal to maintain a clean and safe facility exterior.
Maintain and enhance landscaping, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal upkeep of trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
Operate and maintain equipment and tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Conduct basic facility repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings, walkways, and outdoor structures.
Monitor site conditions and report or address safety hazards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintenance standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required; Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or equipment operation.
Ability to safely operate and maintain maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and light machinery.
Basic knowledge of landscaping practices, including mowing, pruning, and seasonal maintenance.
Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
