On site Physcal worker (Podgorica)

We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Construction Workers. This role involves physically demanding tasks on active construction sites, including lifting, carrying, loading, and transferring heavy materials. Candidates must be prepared to work in challenging outdoor conditions and follow strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment

Assist with loading and unloading construction supplies

Support skilled tradespeople on-site

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment at all times

Perform general labor tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Good physical strength and stamina

Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting

Willingness to work in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
