Position Summary

Midwest Electric & Generator is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support our office operations through customer service and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

Enter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems

Conduct customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and completion of services

Assist with job setup, including:

Pulling permits

Scheduling inspections

Coordinating meter upgrades

Maintain DOT vehicle logs

Update CRM systems and customer profiles daily

Schedule generator service appointments

Route technicians and assist with capacity planning

Support service agreement upgrades and upsell opportunities

Respond to customer reviews and inquiries

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and phone communication skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others

Proficient with:

Desktop computers and phone systems

Multiple software platforms

Laptops and tablets (iPad)

Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred)

Ability to pass a background check

Experience Requirements:

Computer skills: 2+ years (required)

Administrative experience: 1+ year (required)

Compensation details: 17-22 Hourly Wage
