o Function as the First point of contact for Payroll queries raised by the client and stakeholders via call, e-mail or HR Helpdesk Tool.
o Answer phone calls and e-mails received in Swedish/English.
o Appropriately categorize, prioritize, assign and escalate Payroll queries.
o Assist, where possible, in resolving Payroll related queries from clients and stakeholders.
o Gather relevant and detailed information regarding queries.
o Provide translation support when advised and necessary.
o Graduate of any degree
o Keen attention to detail
o Average oral and written communication
o Proficient computer skills
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
