Hexcel is currently seeking an IT Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Provide onsite IT support to Hexcel end users at the Casablanca plant.

Record, troubleshoot, and resolve service desk requests via phone or remote access within SLA targets.

Monitor, update, and escalate tickets within the Global Service Desk ITSM system.

Install, configure, and set up new PC hardware and software following established standards.

Collaborate with global technology teams to diagnose and resolve network, system, and service-related issues.

Raise incident notifications and support service restoration activities when disruptions occur.

Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, changes, production processes, and all site IT assets.

Work closely with Engineering and Implementation teams, applying advanced analytical and problem solving skills.

Participate in on call and out of hours support, while independently managing and leading IT projects in Morocco.

Provide guidance on business processes across Hexcel applications, leveraging strong knowledge of ERP and manufacturing systems.

Qualifications:

IT related Engineering degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with strong technical expertise.

Solid knowledge of PC hardware technologies, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

Strong understanding of current Windows operating systems for both servers and workstations.

Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and resolve recurring issues.

Demonstrated experience training or coaching users on IT solutions across all levels of the organisation.

Customer focused attitude with the ability to interact professionally and proactively with users at all levels.

Ability to manage projects and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in English required; French is an asset. Flexibility to work additional hours when needed based on business demands.
