Hiring: LabWare System Engineer

Work Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced LabWare System Engineer to support and enhance laboratory operations in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. This is a critical onsite role requiring close interaction with lab users to ensure seamless workflow execution and system stability.

Key Skills Required:

* LabWare LIMS expertise

* Strong Database SQL experience

* Business Analysis skills with a focus on lab workflows

Experience Required: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations and stability of the LabWare LIMS system

* Ensure smooth processing of lab orders and resolve system bottlenecks

* Analyze performance issues and optimize laboratory and digital workflows

* Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions

* Act as a subject matter expert on process flows, code, and business logic

* Collaborate with Quality, Lab Operations, Data Governance, and Analytics teams

* Drive continuous improvement through automation, integrations, and best practices

* Ensure compliance, data integrity, and effective incident response

* Onsite role requiring presence at the Kalamazoo lab

* Strong collaboration with lab users to troubleshoot and enhance workflows
