Production Supervisor

HiFyve is hiring a Production Supervisor in the Manufacturing industry in Jackson, TN!

Salary: $50,000 – $56,000/year + $1/hr shift differential (non-exempt)

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday–Friday 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role

This role oversees daily production operations, leading a team of up to 20 associates while driving safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and support up to 20 production associates, including scheduling, time approval, and training

Track and report daily KPIs including scrap rates, production output, and quality metrics

Enforce company policies related to safety, environmental standards, and production processes

Assign work and adjust schedules to meet production goals

Partner with maintenance and quality teams to ensure efficient operations and product standards

Support process improvements and waste reduction initiatives

Maintain accurate production and attendance records

Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor equipment support

Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate degree or technical training preferred

2+ years of manufacturing experience with some leadership or lead experience

Experience supervising or leading teams in a production environment

Strong understanding of production KPIs and continuous improvement

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
